Echinacea purpurea `Fourth of July‘ PBR
‘4th of July’ is a very strong Echinacea with beautiful dark pink flowers. The flower petals have the shape of a spoon. Its sturdy stems have a nice dark color and contrast nicely with the dark green pointy leaves. With a maximum height of 60 cm the ‘4th of July’ is a perfect plant for the garden and as compartment vegetation. The ‘4th of July’ also works out perfectly as a patio or balcony plant. The name already suggests it, but just for confirmation, the plant will be in bloom before the 4th of July, that’s guaranteed. After the plant has bloomed go ahead and cut the dead flowers off and you will be able to enjoy the plant once again that same year. The ‘4th of July’ does not show all of its flowers at once but blooms over a period of 6 to 8 weeks. A real bloomer. Very winter resistant and handles bright sunshine well.
Echinacea purpurea `Fourth of July‘ is protected by CPVO with number: EU43246 and USPP:22,075. Propagation without any written permission is prohibited.
